Lilly & Larry Love Literacy is our engaging preschool literacy and drama programme designed for children aged 2 to 4 years. This programme helps build essential literacy skills by enhancing both verbal and nonverbal communication through the magic of performing arts.

How Does It Work?

Each Lilly & Larry class focuses on a new story every half term. We work on the story in parts, culminating in a performance for an audience of soft toys. Our sessions feature:

• Interactive Learning: Guided by two lion puppets, Lilly and Larry, children explore weekly phonic sounds through drama and role play.
• Structured Sessions: Classes begin with a welcome song and drama games, followed by vocal warm-ups with sentences and sounds that support speech development.
• Story Integration: We use a repertoire of beloved children’s stories and integrate early years classroom topics to bring stories to life.
